PARAQUAD SA is the Paraplegic and Quadriplegic Association of South Australia.

A not for profit community organisation, PARAQUAD SA is committed to serving and promoting the best interests of people with disabilities in a manner which recognises their worth and dignity, their right to experience life’s events and develop their full potential.

PARAQUAD SA achieves this through providing information, advice and referral for accommodation, providing peer support, counselling and advocacy, offering family support services and raising community awareness.

PARAQUAD SA is a vibrant community organisation working with and for people affected by spinal cord injuries in South Australia. This includes those with the injury and their family and friends.

The not for profit community organisation is run by a team of dedicated staff and passionate volunteers, and relies on government grants, donations and fundraising to continue its essential services to the community.

PARAQUAD SA provides services to a wide network of communities across South Australia. It has a head office in Marden in Adelaide and offices in Berri in the Riverland and at Mount Gambier in the state’s Southeast.
